Hello....it's me

Long time no see! Seriously, where has the last year gone? Time passes quickly when you graduate from university and then jump straight into full time work! The past twelve months has been an amazing time for me on both a professional and personal level, but it's safe to say that the blog has been somewhat....neglected...as a result of my busy schedule. However, as I now have some free time I'm ready to dive straight back into the blogging world in full force.

With that being said, you may notice that I've made some pretty big changes to the blog, starting with the name! Why change it now, you ask? Well, in short I really felt that I had outgrown the old one and just wanted a fresh start. I'm super excited about 'A dash of lifestyle' as I think it encapsulates what you can expect from this blog.

As before, I'm intending to give you reviews on talked about new products in the beauty and fragrance industry, interspersed with baking/cooking recipes. At the moment I'm really into hacking traditionally indulgent sweet treats into healthier versions with a few easy ingredient swaps, and might also start venturing into fashion focused content.

I can't wait to reignite my passion for blogging, and wanted to say a quick thank you to anyone who continues to follow my little corner of the internet.
